🔄 Lifetime Return Guarantee
If you are ever unable to keep your dog—at any age or for any reason—we require that they be returned to SS Designer Paws. No questions, no judgment. We’re here to help, and we will gladly welcome them back with open arms.
🚫 No Rehoming or Resale
Puppies or dogs from SS Designer Paws may not be sold, given away, rehomed, surrendered to a shelter, or placed with a rescue without our written consent. This ensures every dog we’ve raised is always protected and responsibly placed.
💰 Refunds & Reimbursements
We do not offer monetary refunds for returned dogs or puppies, regardless of age or reason.
(The only exception is a valid health guarantee claim, as outlined in your contract.)
